June 16th BLOOMSDAY. 2 PM -- all afternoon long. Come celebrate the world's greatest novel, Ulysses, at Ulysses! Previous readers have included Nathan Englander, Colson Whitehead, Pete Hamill, Malachy McCourt, Michael Cunningham, Tom Kelly, Chris Barrett Kelly, Larry Kirwan, TJ English, Carolyn Hughes, Paul Muldoon, and the incomparable Aedin Moloney reading from Molly's soliloquy. July 12th Monte Carlo, France: WORLD PREMIERE of "Handwriting," an original ballet in cooperation with world-renowned choreographer Alonzo King. Alonzo has taken his inspiration from an original piece of writing by Colum. More details to be announced.
August 1-9 Colum will be appearing at the Paraty Literary Festival in Brazil. One of the world's greatest literary festivals!
